Digital Content Manager

As a content manager at Skillboost, you will work in a small but fast-paced marketing team that does not fear to try new things and experiment with new strategies. As the first dedicated content manager in the team, it is important that you are self-driven, structured, like to have responsibility, and most importantly, like to learn new topics and dig into the details. If you thrive in a fast-moving and energetic environment with short decision-making paths and a digital product that affects people on a daily basis, this is the position for you!

What you'll get to do

  • Plan, create, and publish content on our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok)
  • Create SEO-optimized content for the website
  • Plan and write case studies and articles
  • Create newsletters and in-platform messages
  • Optimize our messaging in email automation
  • Collaborate closely with a team of 3 people focused on marketing and sales
  • Produce video and image content for all the channels mentioned above
  • Measure and follow up on the engagement on all content that is posted
  • Continuously do research to optimize our message and the way we communicate to our target groups

This role is perfect for you if you

    • Are not afraid of exploring, writing, and talking about new topics
    • Loves to write in long-format 
    • Are good at interviewing/communicating with people
    • Have experience in recording and editing video and image content
    • Are used to being consistent in your work to fit the message and tone of a B2B brand


    • You are fluent in English and Swedish both verbally and in written form
    •  You have previous experience from working either in or with a B2B company
    • A portfolio with examples to show your previous work


Where? In our Malmö office but part-time remote work is possible
